Kelly has been a part of projects based in Haiti since she was a teenager. In the years after the Earthquake in 2010, her connections helped to raise over $400,000 through partnerships to build 300 homes and two villages that formed families for orphans and widows.
She is actively involved with the continued care and support for the people of Haiti and is also helping with human rights issues which include trafficking, unlawful imprisonment and slavery. my1Mpact’s goal is to be a part of rebuilding of the country, both politically and economically via partnering with capable and credible organizations.
Ultimately we aim to provide food, shelter and schooling for those in need and to assist in the ongoing fight to provide freedom and safety. We partner with in-country heroes who are changing the lives of thousands, this especially includes women and children’s organizations that not only rescue but also empower, educate and employ those in need.
